I enjoyed these simple delicious treats when I was a child. My mom used to make them every Easter. I loved these so much that I always exchanged my candy for another nest. The best part is, the kids will enjoy making them and they are super easy to make.

Chow Mein Noodle Nests

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

1 package (10.5 ounces) marshmallows

8.5 cups (13 ounces) chow mein noodles

Start by spraying a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows. Stir until melted. Take off heat and add chow mein noodles. Immediately form into nests. I like to get my hands a little wet to keep them from sticking. Let them set up, it takes about an hour or so. Add jelly beans or Cadbury mini eggs and a peep if you like. The kids will love them!

  1. I have never had these before and the chow mein noodles sound a little crazy, but I think they might be good and Alex will for sure love them! I am going to try it!
